- 15 g flavoured whey protein powder (vanilla or any flavour you have)
- 150 g Fat Free Greek yogurt
- 10 g chocolate
- 15 g puffed rice cereal (or rice crispies/any cereal you like if you can't get them)
Add the fat free Greek yogurt to a bowl and stir in they whey protein powder until smooth.
Stir in the puffed rice until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a serving dish.
Melt your square of chocolate in the microwave and drizzle it on top.
Pop it in the fridge until you are ready to eat it.
